Founder & Managing Director
With over 22 years in London's luxury property market, James founded QQust Estates in 2008. A Cambridge economics graduate, he has overseen £2.8 billion in residential and commercial transactions.
Sophia Ashworth
Head of Residential Sales
Sophia brings 15 years of expertise in prime London residential sales. A former RICS surveyor, her intimate knowledge of Mayfair, Belgravia, and Kensington is unrivalled.
Oliver Pemberton
Director of Investments
Oliver leads our investment advisory division, working with UHNW clients to build and manage high-value property portfolios. He joined from a top-tier private equity firm in 2015.
